Journalism has an importance in modern day life, if it were not for journalist we wouldn’t have a fresh and insightful outlook on the world when reading and article, newspaper, or magazine. I think Journalism needs to stay in the education system due to the fact that it enhances the writing and also the thought process of those who take a course such as journalism.
Though I believe that journalism has importance in schools, technology course/classes hold more weight than a journalism course would. The reason I say that is because technology changes rapidly which means more jobs are being created.
I agree technology is definitely taking over and if we want jobs in the future we need the skills to get those jobs.
