I plan to use graphics as frequently as possible. Enough to make my final product presentable to interesting to watch. I will write out all my shots and plan out exactly how I want them to look. This will give me a starting point of how to bring my ideas together and incorporate that into the overall video.

Good idea, I think planning out your shots and everything else will help you conduct a good overall production.
