The morning show that I chose to listen to was the Tom Joyner morning show. The main thing that I enjoyed about his show was the enthusiastic interaction that he had with his co-workers and his audience. The way I would incorporate this to my radio show is to always be interactive and exciting so that my listeners will always be engaged and entertained.

That's a great idea. Keeping your audience engaged is the only way to keep listeners coming back for more. Tey to think more about the details of what YOU want to do to hang in to those listeners.
